Meet the Team Behind Every TSS Court

As the Founder, President, and CEO of Total Sport Solutions, my role is to set the vision, bring together great people, and help create an environment where our team can do their best work. I have full confidence in the people at TSS, and I’m excited about where we are headed.

What inspires me most is seeing the passion, growth, and teamwork within our company. I love watching our team work together to bring each client’s vision to life and create spaces that inspire more play, more connection, and more time well spent.

As an entrepreneur, I’m never too far away from work, but I do have a few favourite distractions. Monday night poker with my buddies is a never-miss tradition, pickleball is a sport I enjoy playing with my wife and friends, and traveling is something I always look forward to.

As Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Representative at TSS, my role is to help ensure our court designs, recommendations, and sales process focus on each client’s long-term needs and goals. From maximizing space to recommending the right materials, I help clients make confident decisions.

What excites me most about being part of TSS is the opportunity to help build spaces that contribute to the growth and development of sport for generations. I enjoy working with clients to understand their vision and help turn it into a space that supports play, performance, and community.

Outside of work, basketball and sports have always been a big part of my life. I’ve been a Raptors fan for as long as I can remember, and I also played university basketball.

As the Lead Installer at Total Sport Solutions, I take pride in delivering high-quality sports installations that help bring our clients’ visions to life. My role is to lead our installation team, making sure each project is built with care, precision, and attention to detail. I love knowing that the spaces we create will be enjoyed by families, athletes, organizations, and communities for years to come.

I enjoy being part of the TSS team because our work combines craftsmanship, teamwork, and sport. It is rewarding to take a project from the planning stage to the finished surface and see it become a place where people can play, train, compete, and make memories.

When I’m not on the job site, I enjoy football, shooting a round of golf, and skateboarding.

As a Project Manager at TSS, I help ensure our clients’ projects are carefully planned, clearly communicated, and executed with attention to detail from start to finish. With a background in civil engineering, I bring a technical perspective to each project, helping our team deliver safe, high-quality projects, from backyard courts to hardwood basketball facilities, while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our clients.

I love being part of the TSS team because it allows me to combine my technical experience with the opportunity to help build vibrant, active spaces for families, athletes, and communities to enjoy.

Off the clock, I am an avid cricket player who enjoys spending weekends on the field or relaxing with my family.

I’m the person behind the scenes making sure the right products get to the right place at the right time. From coordinating shipments to managing supplier relationships, I help keep projects moving smoothly so our clients can focus on the excitement of seeing their sports and recreation spaces come to life.

I love being part of the TSS team because every project helps create spaces where people can stay active, compete, connect, and have fun. It’s rewarding to know that the work I do behind the scenes helps build courts, playgrounds, and recreational spaces that bring communities together.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at F45 Training, a group fitness program that combines functional strength training and high-intensity cardio workouts in a fun, team-oriented environment. I love the energy, variety, and challenge that each workout brings.

My objective is to provide peace of mind from inquiry through to project completion and to align our clients’ goals with the space available for their project.  I truly enjoy helping create safe spaces for families to play and build memories together.

Sports have always been a part of my life, so having a profession that allows me to help others enjoy sports is truly rewarding. I love the small-but-mighty team atmosphere at TSS. There is plenty of crossover in every project we work on, so team communication is essential to delivering the best possible results for our clients. Finally, helping my teammates grow while focusing on my own growth is a rewarding benefit of being part of the TSS roster.

In my younger years, hockey and skateboarding were my passions. I now find I am beginning to appreciate the simpler things in life, like the time I spend with my wife and two daughters. I also enjoy a day out on the golf course whenever I can. Since joining the TSS roster, my favourite spectator sport has become basketball; however, I am and always will be a supporter of our local Toronto teams, no matter how bleak or promising the rosters look.

I bring a mix of technical knowledge, hands-on construction experience, and athletic discipline to my role as a Sports Installer at TSS. My background is in Industrial Electronics Engineering from Ukraine, and since coming to Canada, I have gained extensive experience in residential construction, including working as a Lead Carpenter. At TSS, I enjoy helping build high-quality sports spaces where people can play, train, compete, and make memories.

I joined TSS because it brings together two things I value: skilled hands-on work and a connection to sport. I take pride in doing precise, durable work that is built to last.

Outside of work, my lifelong passion is sprint kayaking, a sport I have practiced since childhood. I also enjoy yoga and tai chi, which help me stay balanced and focused. I spend a lot of time in nature with my daughter, watching sunrises and swimming in the lake year-round — yes, even in the winter.

I keep our financial gears turning smoothly, making sure invoices are sent, suppliers are paid, and everything stays organized behind the scenes. I’m also here to help clients with any invoice questions, keeping the process clear, simple, and stress-free. I love supporting the team so they can focus on delivering a great experience from start to finish.

Off the clock, I love hunting for Oakville’s best coffee shops, and on weekends, I enjoy spending time with my family exploring local trails.

As the operations coordinator, I get the benefit of being involved in every part of our projects from the initial sales process all the way through to the end of the project when the court is installed and we get to hear about how families are enjoying their court.

My favorite part of being a part of the TSS team is our focus on ensuring we find the right solution for our clients. We want to ensure every client is happy with their project, and when I leave at the end of the day, I feel happy to be a part of creating a space where families will build years of memories.

If it’s a sunny day, there’s a good chance you’ll find me outside on my mountain bike at one of our region’s great conservation areas. Kelso is my favorite.

I help showcase the quality of our products and projects through content and communication. What I do helps customers better understand what makes TSS different and gives them greater confidence and trust in us. 

I joined TSS because it combines my passion for sports with the opportunity to work directly with people and help create spaces that bring communities together. 

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing basketball, volleyball, and other sports with friends and family. I’m always competitive when it comes to sports and enjoy staying active whenever I can.

Finley’s role at TSS is simple: bring smiles, lower stress, and alert the office to any suspicious activity — including unexpected visitors, delivery drivers, or squirrels with bad intentions. He helps make the office a happier place just by being there.

Finley loves being part of the TSS team because every day has the perfect routine: a morning ball session, greeting the team, checking on office activity, neighbourhood walks, and a few well-earned naps. He takes his role very seriously, especially when snacks or belly rubs are involved.

Outside of work, Finley enjoys walks by the lake, relaxing in the sun, curling up on a lap, and catching up on the latest “sniff-media” around the neighbourhood.
