Works in any weather to patch the liner underwater. Works with the NiceRink Liners and clogs the hole until it can be fixed permanently in the summer. Depending on the hole size, either place a quarter size glob of glue over the hole, and slightly press into place. The glue will not dry, but rather clog the hole underwater to help stop the leaking. If the hole is large, cut a piece of NiceRink liner from the edge of the rink slightly larger than the hole, generously apply the glue around the edges and press into place. If the water is deep enough, place WHITE weights of any sort over the hole/patch to hold in place and just let them freeze under the ice.
