📍 Oakville, ON | Full-Time | $48,000–$55,000 annually
About the Role
Are you organized, tech-savvy, and ready to learn how a business really runs?
We’re hiring an Office and Operations Coordinator to support multiple Total Sport Solutions departments, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Executive leadership.
This full-time, in-office role is ideal for a recent graduate or emerging professional who wants broad exposure to how a company operates, and a clear opportunity to grow into a long-term career path.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Operations team with logistics, shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Work closely with our Project Manager to ensure smooth communication with clients
- Support Sales with product research, CAD layouts, pricing, and sample preparation
- Help Marketing with photography, blog writing, and coordinating content
- Support Accounting with A/R calls, data entry, and basic reporting
- Provide administrative and project assistance to the President/CEO
What You Bring
- Professional or academic experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, fast learner, and curious about new tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $48,000–$55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
