Almost all our inside staff have been double vaccinated, additionally we will be wearing masks as well.

As of March 17th 2020, all office staff have been assigned to work-from-home protocols. We are available via phone or email, however, for now, our showroom and office are closed. As for our installers, those who prefer not to work are allowed the option to self-isolate at home and their job will be protected. Installers who choose to continue to work are required each day, when they arrive at work, to take the Ontario Government COVID-19 self-assessment and additionally, we are monitoring their body temperature to ensure they are not experiencing any health-related issues. Those that are, no matter what the symptom, are being asked not to report for work and to follow the Ontario Government COVID-19 self-assessment protocol
As freight carriers have been deemed essential services, shipments continue to move uninterrupted. As most companies have good health protocols in place, they too are experiencing some delays related to employee staffing and sickness.
The health and well-being of our employees, our customers, and the general public are paramount at a time like this and we are evolving with the situation on a day by day basis. We may modify or cease our work at any time, without notice, as the situation dictates.
We wish everyone to be safe, stay safe. Be extra diligent now so that we can all get through this as quickly as possible. Temporary self-isolation is a small price to pay for your health and the long term health of your friends, family, neighbours and loved ones.
